Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what you may and may not do with the EcommDataHub APIs. It is part of the Terms of Service.\n\n## Prohibited uses\nYou may not use the Service to violate any law, to infringe third-party rights, or to build datasets of personal information about identifiable individuals. Requests must originate from systems you control.\n\n\n## Rate limits and metering\nDo not attempt to circumvent rate limits, daily caps or credit metering — including rotating accounts or keys to multiply free allowances. Parallel keys within your own account and plan limits are fine.\n\n\n## Resale and redistribution\nYou may build products on top of the data, including commercial ones. You may not resell raw, unmodified API responses as a substantially similar data API, or share access keys outside your organization.\n\n\n## Enforcement\nViolations can lead to throttling, key revocation, suspension or termination depending on severity. We notify you by email except where doing so would defeat the purpose of the action.
