These Terms of Service govern your use of the EcommDataHub website, console and APIs (the "Service"), operated by EcommDataHub Inc. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms.\n\n## Accounts\nYou must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. One account per organization; you are responsible for all activity under your account, including calls made with your access keys. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in Settings.\n\nYou must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business or professional purposes.\n\n\n## Access keys\nAccess keys are account-wide credentials scoped to the API services you select, with a limit of three keys per service. Keys must be kept confidential. You may not share, sell or sublicense keys, or use them to provide the Service to third parties as a competing API.\n\nYou can rotate or revoke a key at any time in the console. Revocation takes effect immediately; requests made before revocation remain billable.\n\n\n## Subscriptions and billing\nEach API service is subscribed independently on a monthly plan that renews automatically. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time; proration is calculated from the credits remaining in your current cycle, as shown at checkout.\n\nCancelling a monthly plan schedules non-renewal: your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Cancelling pay-as-you-go access takes effect immediately.\n\n\n## Credits and wallet\nThe wallet is an account-wide credit balance ($1 = 1,000 credits) consumed per request at published per-endpoint rates. Rates are shown on each product page and in the console before you call an endpoint.\n\nCredits do not expire while your account is active. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly offered by us; refunds we issue may be returned to your wallet or your original payment method.\n\n\n## Acceptable use\nYou may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to circumvent rate limits or metering, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or resell raw API responses as a substantially similar data service.\n\nYou are responsible for ensuring that your downstream use of marketplace data complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.\n\n\n## Service availability\nWe target 99.9% monthly uptime but the Service is provided without a guaranteed SLA on self-serve plans. We may modify or retire endpoints with at least 30 days notice via email and the changelog.\n\n\n## Suspension and termination\nWe may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, abuse, or unpaid amounts. You may close your account at any time in Settings; remaining subscription time is forfeited and wallet balances are handled per the Credits section.\n\n\n## Disclaimers and liability\nThe Service and all data are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.\n\n\n## Changes to these terms\nWe may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
