Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data EcommDataHub Inc. collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website, console and APIs.\n\n## Information we collect\nAccount data: name, email address, company name and password hash. Billing data: plan, invoices and transaction history; card details are held by our payment processor, not by us. Usage data: request logs (endpoint, status, latency, credits charged and truncated request parameters), IP addresses and device information.\n\n\n## How we use it\nWe use this data to operate the Service: authenticating you, metering credits, generating invoices, preventing fraud and abuse, providing support, and sending transactional emails such as receipts, low-balance alerts and renewal notices. We do not sell personal data.\n\n\n## Request logs\nRequest logs exist for metering, debugging and abuse prevention. They are retained for 90 days and then deleted or aggregated. Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics may be retained longer.\n\n\n## Sharing\nWe share data only with processors that operate the Service under contract — hosting, email delivery and payment processing — and where required by law. We never share your data with the marketplaces we index.\n\n\n## Security\nData is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access keys are stored hashed, and console sign-in supports two-factor authentication. Report vulnerabilities to [email protected].\n\n\n## Retention\nAccount data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.\n\n\n## Your rights\nDepending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may access, export, correct or delete your personal data.
